Healing spirits

Like many of us, Jo and Randy were searching for ways to make dramatic changes to their bodies… physically, mentally, and emotionally. It was their experience that it was difficult for them to slow down, focus within, and listen to what their bodies were telling them. In search for answers, they found Mediation (specifically, Kriya Yoga Meditation). Jo and Randy found this form of Mediation provided them a true “spiritual path” to relieve their physical pains, and provided calmness, love and increased contentment in their lives. For them, the benefits were so great, they believed they had to share their experiences with others searching for answers to their own physical, mental and emotional ailments.

Jo and Randy, through the One by One Foundation, and with your support, want to share their experiences with Kriya Yoga, and educate other on the benefits of Meditation. It is their belief that Spiritual meditation releases and settles your thoughts and emotions, relaxes your nervous system and helps your body unwind from stress, and helps you to let go of the past and sink in peace. Spiritual meditation helps you realize who you really are, and empowers you and helps you reach your higher consciousness.

By supporting the One by One Foundation, you make it possible to provide periodic free public lectures on Kriya Yoga, as well as to help provide programs for those who wish to learn the practice. The One by One Foundation, through our connection with an advanced Kriya Mediation teacher, Robert Henderson, will conduct initiations and meditations on an intermittent basis, and work to educate all those seeking spiritual advancement about the benefits the practice of Kriya Yoga Mediation provides.
