Spiritual Health

It is now widely accepted that meditation cannot only relieve stress, it has the ability to improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It has now been proven in multiple studies that long term meditation improves the activation in the brain where love, contentment, and the ability to concentrate originate from.

It is our goal to promote all forms of meditation with our initial and primary focus on supporting Kriya Yoga. Kriya Yoga is not a religion, it is a non-sectarian, non-dogmatic, scientific meditation practice. As one of the teachers of Kriya Yoga states – this practice will “simultaneously cultivate the body, mind, and spirit”. This desire for One By One Foundation to promote meditation originated from Randy taking up Kriya Yoga meditation in 1996 followed by Jo in 2016.

I have experienced and have seen others directly benefit from this meditation practice. I believe if everyone in the world did just a bit of meditation we would have a more loving world, with less violence, and more harmony.
